Foiled (الطبعة العشرون الفاخرة الشفافة الدخانية) 2LP

Been waiting years for this album on wax, and the remaster was worth it — the quiet parts on side A feel wider, less compressed than the CD I wore out in high school. The smokey translucent pressing itself is just a nice bonus on top.

The smokey translucent vinyl looks even better in person than I expected, and the remaster really opens up the quieter tracks. Side two has been on repeat all week.

I've spun this remaster twice now and the low end on the 2LP finally has the warmth the CD was missing. Really glad they pressed the deluxe tracks on vinyl for the first time instead of just tacking them onto a digital release.
