Forever My Lady es el álbum debut de Jodeci, un proyecto que ayudó a redefinir el R&B de principios de los años 90 al combinar voces arraigadas en el gospel con los ritmos afilados del new jack swing y el hip-hop soul. El álbum incluye canciones destacadas como "Come and Talk to Me", "Stay" y el tema principal, "Forever My Lady", que se convirtieron en grandes éxitos del R&B y ayudaron al grupo a dominar las listas.
