Sehnsucht on saksalaisen Rammstein-yhtyeen toinen studioalbumi, nyt ensimmäistä kertaa saatavilla rajoitettuna 2xLP-painoksena 180 gramman mustana vinyylinä, remasteroituna vuonna 2015 Rammsteinin pitkäaikaisten äänisuunnittelijoiden toimesta.
Kappalelista:
A1: Sehnsucht
A2: Engel
A3: Tier
B1: Bestrafe Mich
B2: Du Hast
B3: Buck Dich
C1: Spiel Mit Mir
C2: Klavier
C3: Alter Mann
D1: Eifersucht
D2: Kuss Mich (Fellfrosch)
The 2015 remaster really brings out the low end on tracks like "Tier" — my speakers finally get a workout. Both records sit flat with zero warp, and the quiet passages between songs are dead silent.
The 180 gram pressing feels substantial and dead quiet between tracks, which is exactly what I hoped for at this price. The 2015 remaster brings out a surprising amount of low-end detail I never noticed on the CD version.
The 2015 remaster genuinely surprised me, the low end on "Sehnsucht" hits deeper than my old CD ever did. Two discs mean you're flipping less often too, which I appreciated more than I expected.
