Cette collection rassemble des performances acoustiques et sans électricité enregistrées au cours des 20 dernières années, y compris des enregistrements rares et inédits en studio et en direct, des démos acoustiques, des vidéos de concert, des interviews et plus encore.
The acoustic demos alone are worth the price of this 2CD set — hearing these songs stripped down before they got the full studio treatment is fascinating. The live concert videos included on the deluxe edition are a nice bonus I didn't expect.
Twenty years of acoustic material and it actually holds together as a listen, not just a cash-in. The concert videos included on the set are a nice bonus I wasn't expecting. Disc one's live cuts have a warmth the studio versions never quite matched.
The acoustic demos on disc two are the real draw here — rough, unpolished takes that sound like the songs were still being figured out. Nice to finally have those live concert videos collected in one place instead of scattered across random bootlegs.
