The Uniondale show sounds so alive on these pressings — you can hear the horn section breathing between riffs. Four LPs of the '88 band at full stretch is a lot to get through, but I've had disc two on repeat all week.

The Uniondale recording captures the 1988 band tight and full, and the mix holds up well across all four discs. Sleeve and booklet are sturdy too, no flimsy packaging here. Worth it if you want the last U.S. show documented properly.

The purple vinyl looks great on the turntable, and the pressing is quiet — barely any surface noise across all four records. The Uniondale show from '88 sounds fantastic, especially the horn section on the extended jams; you can tell this was mixed with real care.
