The Seeds of Love è l'acclamato terzo album in studio dei Tears for Fears, originariamente pubblicato nel settembre 1989. Un trionfo commerciale e di critica, debuttò al numero 1 della classifica UK Albums Chart e ottenne la certificazione Platino dalla BPI in sole tre settimane. Negli Stati Uniti, l'album raggiunse il numero 8 della Billboard 200 e fu anch'esso certificato Platino.
