The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway (50주년 슈퍼 디럭스 에디션) (4CD+Blu-ray)

Forty-eight pages of liner notes and photos I'd never seen before, plus the full live show spread across the discs — I've owned this album on vinyl for decades and still found things to discover here. The remaster lets the bass actually breathe on "The Colony of Slippermen" instead of getting buried

The Blu-ray with the 5.1 surround mix is worth the price alone, especially during the title track where the keyboards wrap around the room. I've owned this album on vinyl and CD for decades, and hearing it this spacious is like discovering it all over again.

The remaster on the CDs finally lets the bass breathe — I've heard this album for decades and still caught new details in the title track. The Blu-ray's 5.1 mix is the real draw though, worth the upgrade alone for the slide guitar on Broadway Melody.
