Goats Head Soup (ซูเปอร์ดีลักซ์ ฮาล์ฟสปีดมาสเตอร์) 4LP

Played the half-speed master back to back with my old pressing and the difference in the low end is obvious right away. The four LPs are dead quiet and flat, and the box itself feels sturdy enough to actually use instead of shelving.

I wasn't sure the new stereo mix would justify buying this again, but the separation on the acoustic guitars and the way the horns sit back on "Angie" won me over. The 4LP box itself feels solid too, with the booklet tucked in nicely.

The half-speed mastering genuinely opens up the mix — I caught little details in the horns and backing vocals I'd never noticed on my old copy. The four LPs are dead quiet and flat, and the box itself feels sturdy enough to actually use rather than just shelve.
