Happy Xmas (War Is Over) (Evergreen) 7”

Put this on the turntable Christmas Eve and the whole room went quiet. The pressing is clean with barely any surface noise, and the flip side is a lovely moody counterpoint to the A-side.

B-side "Listen The Snow Is Falling" is the real reason I grabbed this 7" — it's a quieter, moodier track that doesn't get enough attention. The pressing sounds warm on my turntable too.

The crackle on side A before the song even starts is half the charm of spinning this in December. Having "Listen The Snow Is Falling" as the B-side makes it worth flipping instead of just streaming the single.
