Snapped this up for the 30th anniversary and the black vinyl sounds warm and full, no surface noise at all. Both records came flat and clean, and the gatefold feels sturdier than I expected.
The 30th anniversary black vinyl pressing sounds warm and full, and having the whole album spread across two LPs means no cramped grooves. Sides A and B alone are worth it.
Finally grabbed this on vinyl and the mastering holds up way better than I expected for a '93 hip hop record. Both discs are flat and quiet, no warping or surface noise at all. The 2LP spread means the tracks aren't crammed together, which you can really hear on the bass.
